The plain-English version of what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you.
Who we are
This site is operated by Holly Ridge Events and Experiences, LLC, Prescott, Arizona. By using this site, RSVPing to an event, or attending one, you're agreeing to what's on this page.
Event listings can change
We publish dates, times, venues and lineups as soon as we know them, and we keep them current. Outdoor events in the high desert being what they are, things do occasionally move, a venue changes, weather closes a road, a date shifts. We'll always tell you as early as we can, by email if you've RSVP'd. Listings on this site are not a guarantee that an event will happen exactly as described.
Attending an event
Most Holly Ridge events are free, open, and outdoors. When you come to one, we ask that you follow the venue's rules, keep an eye on your own children and dogs, and use good sense about heat, sun, wind and footing. You attend at your own risk. We're not responsible for personal property you lose or leave behind.
Dogs are welcome at most of our markets, leashed, please, and only if your dog genuinely enjoys crowds.
Adventures and experiences
Some of what we run, paddle boarding, hiking, ropes courses, retreats, involves physical activity and real outdoor risk. If you book one of these, you're confirming that you're physically able to take part, that you'll follow your guide's instructions, and that you understand the activity carries risk that we can't remove. Some experiences require a signed waiver before you can take part; if yours does, we'll tell you when you book.
Tickets, payment and refunds
Most of our events are free to attend and need no ticket at all, just turn up. Where an event or experience is ticketed, the price, what's included, and the refund and cancellation terms for that specific booking are shown before you pay and repeated in your confirmation email.
If we cancel a ticketed event, you'll be offered a transfer to another date or a full refund, your choice.
Vendors
Applying for a booth is not a booking. Applications are reviewed individually, and a spot is only yours once we've approved you, sent you a payment link, and that payment has cleared. We will never ask you to pay before you've been approved, if you're ever asked to, it isn't us. The full terms for vending are set out in the application and the confirmation we send you.
Photography at events
We photograph and film our events, and we use those pictures on this site and on social media to show people what a Holly Ridge day looks like. By attending, you accept that you may appear in them. If you'd rather not, find a member of the team at the event or email us afterwards and we'll take you out of anything we've published.
Using this website
The words, photographs, illustrations and design on this site belong to Holly Ridge Events and Experiences, LLC. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Do ask, we're usually happy to say yes, especially to our own vendors.
Limits
We do our best to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't promise it will be error-free or never go down. To the fullest extent Arizona law allows, Holly Ridge is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your attendance at an event.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
