You make the goods.
We curate the space.
Together we bring the crowd.

Our markets are built around the people behind the booths. You make the goods. We curate the space, the layout, the promotion, the crowd, and an organizer who actually answers her email. Makers, cottage bakers, farms, food trucks, specialty foods, pet products: if you make it, bake it, grow it or brew it, we want to meet you.

Booth basics & FAQ

Everything vendors usually ask, in one place, before you apply, not after. Something missing? Email us; a real person replies.

Booth fees
Prescott Pop Ups at the Grand Highland Hotel are $80 for a vendor booth and $100 for a food truck. Festival fees, like OktoberFestival in Cave Creek, are listed on each event. Either way, nothing is charged until you're approved and say yes.
Booth sizes
Standard spaces are 10′ × 10′. Larger footprints and food or beverage setups are handled case by case, mention what you need on the application.
What to bring
Your tent, table, weights (the high desert has opinions about wind), signage, a way to take payment, and enough stock for a full day. We'll send a load-in map and timing before every event.
How do I become a vendor?
Send Holly a vendor inquiry by email with who you are, what you make, which dates you want, and a couple of photos of your product and booth. It takes about ten minutes. Holly reviews every inquiry personally and replies either way.
What happens after I apply?
If it's a fit, you'll get the nod along with booth details and your payment link. Payment is only ever requested after approval, that's on purpose. It keeps the row good, and it means you never pay for a spot you didn't get.
How do I pay for my booth?
Approved vendors receive a Square payment link by email. Once it clears, your spot on the row is yours. No link, no charge, if you ever get asked to pay before you've been approved, it isn't us.
What does a booth cost?
Depends on the event. Prescott Pop Ups at the Grand Highland Hotel are $80 for a vendor booth and $100 for a food truck. Festivals list their own fee on the event page (OktoberFestival in Cave Creek is $60 a space, $90 for a food truck). Nothing is charged until you're approved and confirmed.
What kinds of vendors do you take?
Artisan makers, cottage bakers, farms and produce, salsas and specialty foods, prepared treats, coffee, pet products, skincare, jewelry, apparel, plants, and food trucks. We curate for variety, so the row feels like a discovery rather than a repeat, if you're not sure you fit, apply anyway and let us decide.
What should I bring?
Tent, table, weights, signage, a way to take payment, and a full day of stock. A load-in map and timing hit your inbox the week of the event. Bring the dog if the venue allows it; most of ours do.
Can I vend more than one event?
Please do. Approved vendors get first word on the next dates, and the Prescott Pop Ups run at the Grand Highland through December, so it's easy to come back. Same flat fee each time.
